in this weather, lol. 17 degrees outside this morning. Went for a little blast and OMG this truck LOVES the cold air, hehehe. :star:

Theres just something about breaking the tires loose at 45 mph in 3rd gear with just a stab of the go pedal. :burnout: My motor just howls in the cold. :)

What a blast...:D

You guys who do not get sub-freezing temps are missing all the fun, lol.

About 35 deg. is all the cold we will probably get this winter.I still know what you mean though. The cold air is great.I did make up for the lack of sub- freezing weather though. Its called forced induction.:burnout: :D

I can imagine a truck like Blakes or Walts ex-truck in that cold weather. :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :D

On one hand I really agree with ya..........I loved the seasons in the Colorado Rockies.

But there's so much on the downside as well: heating bills, winter automotive wear n tear, black ice, snowplow bills, shoveling off the roof and sidewalks.... (actually shoveling was fun.... great exercise)........

Plus ya can't play golf all winter in that weather......;)

Other than that, freezing yer balls off is great....

So true...hehe

It's the lack of golf in the winter that kills me. :(

Gotta look forward to something though. Spinning on the slick asphalt is at least something. :burnout:

We had 18 degrees here this morning..My truck seems to like the cold as well..Gonna be interesting to see what it does in the snow if we get some while Im at work...lol..Better stock up on 50lb bags of kitty litter..lol

Yeah these things are nasty in the cold temps, esp if you have a CAI. I purchased my truck in Dec up in CT. It was in the 20's and my truck scared the shit out of me. Down here in FL we go from, hot as hell full humidity 90+(my truck wont even chirp 2nd) to the 50's like tonight, and when its this cold, it scratches 3rd. Feels somewhat like a 20-30 hp difference. Up north the pavement is alot colder also, I remember spining like mad in 3rd!

Hehe, we went to the track again today, and it was about ~20 degrees cooler too.

Gained over 2 mph in the 1/4 and got a new best.:D I'll take it!
