16psi!!!!!! Why not just run on the rim? That is the lowest I have heard anyone dropping the rear tires.

Nobody ever said I was smart....... but i do what i do...:D :dontknow:

some of you guys trap speeds are really impressive. i hit a 1.9 60' and ran a 13.0 @ 106. must be doin something wrong!!

im just wandering why my trap speeds arent up to snuff with the rest of you.. they seem really slow compared. do most of you guys powershift?

What RPM are you shifting at? 1st and 2nd I take to redline. 3rd I switch out at 5500.

Thanks for the info.

based on a 5400 lb truck w/ driver at sea level

109 =475rwhp
110= 488rwhp
111= 502rwhp
112= 515rwhp

to be honest i dont really recall right now i try to shift when i feel it stop pulling or maybe just a little before. I don't drive my truck very often so its hard for me to be certain.

i run 15-18 psi in my tires at the track. they still appear full too. they don't look flat at all.

All stock and I trap around 108-111mph and usually runs 12.6-12.8 most of the time.

I thought you had a catback and cats removed? I remember looking at your truck when I was in the market for one. Either way thats some good driving! Im scared to shift mine real hard after going through a tranny in my srt4 from powershifting, maybe I need to quit being a pussy LOL

your right i forgot about that but i only removed 2 of the 4 cats. I just dont remember whats all done to the truck. It just sits here in the shop collecting dustmaybe one day i will take an interest to it again.

I have found that my truck accelerates the best shifting between 5200 & 5500 RPMs. Any higher and it slows down.

Bill.
