no its actually dui. anything that you ride on that is motorized is dui. people at the campground get them all the time when they go to the liquor store and get pulled over! and its dui on there license. just fyi no matter where you live even if you are on public streets on your lawn mower its dui.

It may be called different things in different areas but essentially means the same thing or suffer the same punishment.

DUI = Driving Under the Influence
DWI = Driving While Intoxicated
