Cruise attendance will probably drop 90-95%.
Massively disappointed (tiny) crowds too.

got an extra ticket for friday saturday and sunday free to any forum member, bought an extra cause i thought my son was going, but he has something else to do that weekend just let me know.

For the record:
It was NOT the Nats organizers that did the 'no burnouts' rule this year.
That was courtesy of the Mayor and Chief Of Police in the respective towns.

The organizers know that Nats attendees are respectful and extremely safety conscious.
I told them that the VTCOA members follow those same principles.

It's a bummer that one clown ruined it for everyone, but....that's how it goes.

Maybe they'll allow it in the future, or have some designated (read: roped off areas) where burn-outs are allowed.

*sigh*....oh well....they can't stop the rumble from downshifting.

They have the burnout contest at the track. First 20 signed up on Friday and Saturday get to enter. The crowds will be as big as ever and a few will try the burnout thing.
