NC Dyno Day - Durham

Do they do any tuning on the Viper Trucks? It looks like from their website they are a GM tuner. I guess since you have the VEC you can tune your own.

They dont perform any Viper tuning. I do all my tuning there on their dyno (VEC) and although had them do my cam. They have worked on one or two other Vipers but are primarily a LS1-7 shop.

If you ever get around to picking up a VEC3, I will help install and dyno tune it ;)

If I am in town...I will do my best to be there....

I am going to hospital today again to see my dad - he was suppose to come home but he is still not well.
I hope you guys have a blast!
I will catch you soon......

Sorry you couldn't make it Bill and sorry for the circumstances that kept you from joining us. We had a cool time (literally). Man it was cold. Lots of oil burners making lots of power. The guy who ran after Charles put out 800 rwhp and 1200 and some lbs torque. Looked really innocent sitting there. Would suprise the crap out of you at a stoplight. I'll let Charles post his figures. Charles (mmmmtorque), Randy (BlackRamSRT10) and myself showed up. We ended the mini GTG having lunch at Torrero's. Adios Amigos

Sorry you couldnt make it and that your father gets better ;)

It was a cold day so we jetted out a little early. I think I was the only gasoline truck that dyno'd today. Was working out the kinks in my Vec3 tune....Hit 505rwhp and 527ft lbs SAE...figure I have another 5rwhp to pick up on a few more tweaks but they were running behind.

Yup, John P's red beast put down 807rwhp, looks like a stock diesel 4x4Unless you open the hood) but runs 11.7 - 11.8 in the 1/4 :D

It was good to see Big Dave and Randy....looking forward to MATR in April.

It was a better day at Hospital.
He should be home by Monday.
I am glad you guys had fun in the cold!
60's next week..LOL
I bet your trucks look great!
I will love to get together again!

Bill, Glad to hear he's doing better. Maybe you can make it to the Rock in April for the Mopar event.
