The reason it is "Choppy" is your Converter Program. After you take the Video and when you process it on your computer the file conversion program did a "Crappy" job.
What program are you using to do the file conversion?
Try to find one of the Free Download from CNET dot com. They have a program review section that can point you in the right direction. Find one that does a clean job and start using it instead of the one you are currently using...
Some of the downloads work for a two weeks evaluation period (they usually put a watermark on the videos until you buy it) but if you get one that works it can be worth the $29-$49 that they cost.
