Need a Measurement

I want to install boomers 1 inch front & 2 inch rear lowering kit and want to know how far the truck is off the ground up front with the kit installed. I am looking for the measurement that is on level ground going from the ground to the bottom of the front face mask at its lowest point, which should be most the bumper. Also stock rims with stock rubber need to be considered.

I need to make sure I can clear parking blocks since I park downtown and if I can't clear these I can't lower my truck:( . Can anyone help me out?

Someone will chime in with the measurement soon...but be careful...there are parking blocks and then there are parking blocks...there is no industry standard! Spoke to a civil engineer about this and the liability issue that is considered is not how vehicles fit over them...it is how people trip over them! So the higher the block the higher the liability.

My Volvo is slammed, it fits over very low parking blocks but hit many...I now just park short all the time. The truck does the same and is at stock height, but is about to be lowered.

My experience with even the stock height of the front fascia is entrances with steep sides on the street gutters. These will get you every time unless you take it slow and at an angle.

Good luck and let us know what the difference ends up being.

This what your looking for? This is from the centerline of the lower front fascia. boomer's 1" - 2" drop

Perfect! Thanks. I have a spot I park in everyday so I will measure to see if I can still fit or not.

I requested a very slight lowering kit from Boomer for the front, and this is how mine sits now.

Bill.
