The corner of MOPAR LANE & DODGE AVENUE!
Since I don't need another car I need some input. I want to help Chrysler but I love my truck too. Every time the wife and I go by the Dodge place I find myself mysteriously drawn to a White '09 Challenger R/T 6 speed with Trac-Pac and the convenience group. I think I need therapy because in my mind I know my truck is rare, but we tow the Coronet with the wifes Quad Cab on long trips, so we have a truck for truck things like hauling engines,people,tractor,etc.. I have a fever that all the cowbell in the world won't fix:D Save Chrysler or keep the truck:dontknow: I need help!!

IMO...challengers will be as common as the mustang, there will be a point when they just aren't a big deal. your truck on the other hand....

Stay away from your dealer.....mine has a dozen Challengers on his lot so I get ganged up on when I go there so now i stay away...:marchmellow:

THIS IS GOOD ADVICE!

I say go test drive the Challenger and make a decision based on what you like more, the truck or the challenger. You won't save Chrysler even if you buy 100 Challengers at $10k over sticker price.

It all depends on what you're after. Attitude? Resale? MPG? MPH? Rarity? Easily modified? Comfort? Are you simply just bored and want something new/different?

i was recently shopping around for a clean little neon sxt, dealers still aren't willing to deal as well as you would think for as few people as are on their lots.... 90% of all the lots i passed were "ghost towns"......... :dontknow:

Well bud, one thing to consider, you have one of the top 5 best looking trucks on the forum........selling prices on our trucks suck right now.........

do ya really want to jsut give it away?

I know I wouldnt get rid of that sweet ride of yours till prices get better:rock:

challengers can be had anytime;)

Yeah, I'm in the same boat except I don't have a 10 (yet)...BUT..a decent chally is waaayy too expensive to justify for me..I'm really only interested in the SRT8 anyways.
So, I'm gonna be picking up the 10 soon and the chally can wait a couple years when they decide selling a two door car isn't worth $45,000+ (ie used..LOL). Good luck tho..they are both nice rides.

TRUCK TRUCK TRUCK TRUCK TRUCK TRUCK TRUCK TRUCK TRUCK TRUCK TRUCK TRUCK TRUCK TRUCK TRUCK TRUCK TRUCK TRUCK TRUCK TRUCK

enough said its got a viper engine man what more can a soul need!!!! plus i with whoever said challangers will be as common as stangs so will the newest chevy camaro if they ever drop em inline.... plus if they all crash out in the auto industry you might can buy em cheap

Dude your truck is so hot...............no way can you sell it. You have done your part already by purchasing the vipertruck. KEEP keep keep the truck.

My dealer has a new black chally srt8 on their lot. I think I saw a rainbow or some sort of lightning bolts come out of the sky as I stared at it driving by..........Its almost perfect........nonetheless, I can keeping the truck!

Attitude... the truck has more
Resale... I always buy high and sell low:D
MPG.... I walk to work
Rarity....that is a great reason to keep the truck
Easily modified.... The Coronet is the easiest,I am done modifying the truck
Comfort... I like the comfort of the truck but the Challenger seems to have more.

I am in a similar boat. This is my 2nd winter here in Illinois with out a 4x4 in like 15 years. This winter is hitting us hard so far and I have had to take the SRT-10 out in it a couple of times. Luckily I have a front wheel drive work car I drive instead of the 10. Earlier in the week I was contemplating trading the 10 in on a new 2009 Ram 4x4 QC. But then I have to remind myself that I have a rare truck that is not being made anymore and in my area...there is only like 1 other one running around and you never ever see it. So I decided to keep it and deal with the snow. I guess before I know it there will be dry roads again. So keep the truck and get past the NEW.
