need advice!

Hey guys,
I live in Canada and am currently looking for a 2004 or 2005 RC SRT-10, and have a few questions.

I was wondering if there were any Canadian SRT Owners that have baught their trucks in the US and brought them accross the border to Canada? I'm trying to find out how much it would cost and if its worth it. I've noticed that vehicles are alot cheaper in the US then here. Specially since its only .89 cents on the dollar now. I'm trying to find out how much it would cost, Duty etc... Any ideas?

Hello Harasin. I'm proud that we will soon gain another SRT owner (you) here. I believe Steve Austin lives in Canada. Plus there are quite a few other Canadian VTCoA brothers here like 1-FAST-SRT-10. So I'm sure you will get quite a few answers on this question. I really am not sure so I can't rightfully offer my advice. Steve Austin here guys. I live in Canada and know for a fact that it is not worth buying the truck in the USA. By the time you go through all of the hassel and cost you would be better off just purchasing one in Canada. I do know for sure if you do by it in the U.S it voids all warranty as soon as it comes into Canada.

I am not sure were you live but we are located in Toronto. I would be glad to help you with anything you need including locating or getting a truck at cost.

Thanks for the heads up, I did not know about the warranty issue. I'm in British Columbia right now, and just started searching around. It's hard finding an 04 or 05 RC at a decent price. I have till Feb to find one though, thats when my lease expires on my hemi. Thanks for your info and help!
