Need Advice

I am asking some of the old school guys to help me out. My 05 QC has 60,000 miles and was wondering what kind of service that I need to have done. I take care of my own oil but was wondering what else I need to worry about. I have heard that that you need to have the valves adjusted. Just wanting so good advice. Thanks
