NEED HELP (BRAKES)

truck vibrates when applying brakes , calipers seem to work properly . truck got into a curb very hard bent several items and replaced them as follows , i have new rims and tires , new right front knuckle, upper control arm ,lower ball joints, and new left front rotor and hub ... what else could it be ? seemed it started vibrating after front end alignment was done and he replaced the upper control arm ... about to go nuts with this please help

So they replaced left rotor etc, but not on the rt even after replacing rt side knuckle?
Jack up front and give wheels a spin see if you hear rotor drag intermittently as wheel spins = warped rotor

i had replaced all of it myself except upper right control arm , just seems strange that it started after i got it aligned and new upper control arm replaced by shop , appreciate the help bro , and i will replace the right rotor to see if that helps.
