Need Help! Silver Truck Pics with Racing Stripes Please!

I need to see some Silver Quad Cabs or RC trucks that have the racing stripes down the middle. I am thinking about Red or Gloss Black Stripes.

Are most of these stripes painted or vinyl decals?
