I talk to the tech not the advisor and he said he would loctite it no matter what the advisor said and that the cank had no problems

I have an 04 and I checked my bolt the other day. It is the larger 1 1/4 bolt. Isn't it supposed to be a 15/16th bolt like the one in the picture. Or is that an 1 1/4? It doesn't look that big to me but I am not the best at judging bolt sizes either.
