Need HELP with my SCT

I went to program my Q/C today and the tuner crashed in the middle of the tune. It then ask me to do a stock restore well when it get to 1% it crashes and tries to restart. I got it from the group buy on here from Tory but was wondering if any of you have seen similar issues and how do I correct the issues. Did I loose my factory tune as well not to mention the custom tunes?
This was purchased new and this is the only truck it has ever been used in.

The same thing happen to me. I just sent mine back to sct.... call them. They are pretty cool.

Call the help line at SCT...be at your computer as they may need to access the tuner thru your computer.....

Maybe...but you should hear from him soon...he referred me to a certain person at SCT to fix mine...the guy did everything online..

Yeah they got a lot of info on there site. U might need a firmware update ...mines was fucked up so I had to return it
