Need hoses/lines for original air cleaner

Hey guys,

I'm looking for parts #3 and #4 in this picture. They are the PCV harness and CCV to air cleaner harness. #4 is no longer made by Dodge and I have been unable to locate them otherwise. If anyone still has theirs after converting to a CAI or some other air intake setup, please let me know. Thanks!
