if anything go full ACR.

bring the center black stripe all the way down the bumper, no wider than the grill shell. maybe sort of an angle & ALL THE WAY BACK

red stripe from the bottom of the bumper, all the way back, hood, roof, backside, front wall of the bed or just the top edge, wing & down the tail gate

someone, i think the truck is in Canada now, did the Viper rear diffuser on one of our trucks. very badass:rock::rock::rock:

Carl has the idea. I would do that. Go semi-full ACR (because I'm not too sure about that wing) and get the side aiming exhaust and rear valance (baddest feature). The black stripe should be as wide as your grill from front bumper to rear bumper then have the single thinner strip running parallel from front to back. I would; however, go with hard cover and have the scheme run down that to the back too. I don't need photoshop to imagine the end result, I an picture it looking very hott simply in my mind.
