Need to find free music clips downloads w/no registration required

I am making a video from pictures for a friends christmas present on windows movie maker....I am looking for old cartoon ,tv show theme songs and wordless music clips . that I can save and download to for free ---anyone know a good site to get these from???? Thanks

if you can find the songs on youtube u can convert the video to mp3 and use that
