Need Your Opinion, + Giving Thanks...

First i would like to thank ramviper10 for the JMB CAI (he held it for me & gave me an incredible price). Thanks alot man!!:rock:

Now i would like some opinions, i stipped the old powdercoat (it took 7 seconds in a 1550 degree tooling oven to remove every bit of it) cause it had a few scratches on the bottom from where it had been rubbing somewhere before. I have narrowed it down to these 2 colors we have here at work (we have an industrial 5 stage powdercoat line with 2 full automated paint booths):

Im kinda leaning toward the silver chrome paint myself, i have a JMB catch can on the way from Brat, soon as it gets here ill strip it and get them both on the line. Which color do you think would look best under the hood?

Do you plan on getting the valve covers redone?

I vote orange. I originally wanted to do an orange theme, but so many things came from the factory in red already . . .

I really like this color scheme, im a fan of keeping it dark, and the truck is already black. And yes i will do my valve covers the same one day soon...

Well i did mine parts in mostly bright red and the valve covers n black.

Painting the VIPER red today on the vavle covers then clear n bake.

Im adding some red inside the cab also so.........

My plan was to get the JMB CAI coated to match my stock valve covers. After that, I would just get all of the coated goodies to match that color. I don't know if you have custom valve covers that you may want to match.

By the way, I like how you are being resourceful and saving on cost while still putting some good mods on your truck. Good thinking for these tough times. Keep it up!

Thanks alot man! Tough times it is, as much as id love to just drop some cash to our vendors, i need all the help i can give myself right now.

I think i may do my valve covers black, and coat my intake manifold the same silver shown in my first post above. I need to put my fender wells in before anything though
