I am flattered, my friend. :) Good C2's are hard to come-by these days. I can't see you loosing any money on that one. Vettes (of any year) are always a good investment. ;)

White one is a 67 (of coarse) those who know can tell right away.
Silver is a 65 Its been parked for 20 years. I've been commissioned to meke it roadworthy. It needs everything, so as soon as the strap shows up, the body is coming off.:)

So the car gets here in a week....next Tues or Wed...

the motor is putting down low 500's but keep in mind this is a 2600lb car....:D

The cooler on the rear deck was a feature of the GS cars....and external oil cooler for the diff.....


As far as a mechanic....man I hope not.....:D

Yes.. it was the "brakelight" that gave it away on the white one. ;)

I didn't blow the picture up enough on my computer to see the grill clearly on the silver one. :eek: Is the "birdcage" ok on that one? (I hear that this is what to look for on these....) :dontknow:

I LOVE my Vette. I drive it more than the truck! :eek: :D :rock: The 427s are over rated... Mine is a "little" 327 car. But, you can't beat it for a driver/show car. The big blocks get HOT and are too feniky for my taste. :dontknow: Just MHO tho. ;)

Oil too hot???? ............ Just GO FASTER!!!! :D LOL!!!!

One suggestion. Find some true knockoffs and replace the wheels. Nothing worse in my opinion than fake knockoffs and lugnuts.
