never acted this way before

so after my new mods my truck in first and secondd gear when running at 2 grand starts surging, almost like I am at too low of a rpm. it never did it before. could the computer upgrade make it were 2 grand is too low to be cruising at?

Do a quick search on throttle positioning sensors. Mine was doing the same thing as well as idling high. I installed my $32 TPS from the dealer and the truck is running nice and smooth.

mine does it also. Not the high idle, just surge

I never noticed any difference in cruising after I installed my Stage2 PCM. No surging/bucking at all. Truck ran as good or better than stock at part throttle.

Mine does it if I dont let it warm up for a few minutes. If I mildly accelerate when its cold, when I let off it kinda surges. If I let it warm up, it doesnt do it. I try to let the truck warm up adequately anyways.

My truck does it with the stock computer and my flashed computer so it is not the computer.:dontknow:
