No, very simple. You have to be aware of the 22 plastic rivets used. Push them out with a small punch. So you can save them. I think Dodge wants $1 each...haha

Most of the plastic rivets broke off on mine when I removed my stock grill, so I zip-tied both honeycomb grills down which is more secure than the rivets anyways.

yea they are no longer chrome I painted them black.
