Hey everyone! I'm in the process of making a HUGE decision of either getting a really nice 05 SRT-10 QC with only 6,000 miles or spending a little more and getting a new 09 Challenger RT.
So, here I am doing my research..the 10 has way better creature comfort not to mention the bigger motor..and the Challenger has the 5.7 with cloth interior and not much else.
Either way, this seems like a great site and I look forward to talking mopar with you guys!

First of all, WELCOME! Where are you located? You won't be disappointed in a Viper truck. If you ever experience a SRT-8 Challenger, you won't want an R/T. You will find all you need or want to know about these trucks here. Just ask! Good luck in your decision.

Go with the 10

Welcome to the Family

Well there's nor replacement for displacement!!!! I might be bias seeing how I have an 05 QC;) I say unless you buy the SRT-8 Challenger, stick with the 10. Just my .02. By the way welcome to the RBC (Red Button Club) If you buy one that is. Otherwise welcome to the madness. I am sure you will feel at home here.

I love how I missed the fact you put Arkansas in your title! There are some members in your state. Get up with them. Viper truck owners are some of the best friends you will ever make.

Go with the 10 and don't look back. These trucks are an adventure. Welcome to the family.

Thanks for the welcome guys..and I'm sure some are thinking "did he really just come on a SRT-10 forum and ask that" LOL..thanks for not hammering me. I'm really leaning towards the 10.
It already has the magnaflow exhaust, K&N intake (even if it doesn't add much) and not sure about a tune. Not sure if there is a picture/showoff section on here but here is a few pics of it.

also, it does have a sunroof so that's a bonus. :congrats:

Too Late, You are Family here no matter which one you buy. Of course we would rather see you buy the 10. Welcome to the RBC

Welcome aboard --hey those truck pics look like mine;)

welcome to the club........either vehicle will make you happy.....I intend to have a Challenger in the next year or 2....waiting to buy a used one so I can keep the truck...........but if you do go with the Challenger drive an SRT8 before buying...it is more than worth a few $K more...

Welcome to the RBC!! Where in Arkansas do you live?:dontknow:

I live in Cabot..just outside little rock.

I really wish the RC had an auto tranny..I know I know..but I've been driving a SRT4 (manual) for 4 yrs and rush hour traffic is not fun...so i'm gonna go with the QC plus I'm a drummer so being able to move equipment is a plus.

Btw, you arkies should come check my band out ThirteenX (shameless plug) we play Juanita's a lot and also on myspace.
