Well I'm home for a day or 2 and I'm going back to New Iberia with my 05 QC "work truck" SRT.

I've seen, right there on HWY 14, just before New Iberia a Black 05 SRT-10 QC with dark tint and and tinted tails.

If your on here, just wavin a hand, and sayin that for a little while you don't own the single coolest truck in New Iberia anymore!

And PS NEW IBERIA COPS CAN BLOW ME, FIN FAGS!

I'm rebuilding a National Oilwell Varco, Pipe Racking system for a Noble rig the Paul Romano. Got another week of work, then it's off to Pascagoula miss to put it in the rig at the shipyard.

ive' been to the noble yard by boat, brought in a sundowner rig (19) from offshore (several trips) this where you at? also on a side note my dad worked for NATIONAL SUPPLY for many years before retiring with them. (started with ARMCO STEEL) you work for NATIONAL OILWELL VARCO?

Do you live in on the hwy 90, just past 88 going towards New Iberia? Are your tail lights blacked out?

I've only seen the black one from the back, so it may be a RC.

I've also seen a 05' silver QC and a 06' Inferno red QC at the church on 14 going into town.

We'll add a flame red qc for a week or two.

Yes I live right across from La Motors on 90. No Idont have exhaust mines is still stock. Soon to be modded. Just have alotm going on right now.

How do you get around in New iberia with a srt-10 and not end up with a pile of tickets?

I was going down 14, 2 weeks ago. Mind you i'd only drive in the town twice. I was doing the speed limit, hell i was using my cruise. 45mph i set the cruise.....................35 mph i set the cruise......................a 25 mph sneaks up on me and i hit the breaks to come down to 25.

Right as a hit the brakes, 100+yards in front of me i see the flashers and flash lights.

Long story short, these asswades gave me a ticket for 10 over............

I was baffled, I pulled the prior military and dads a cop for 30+ years cards and they didn't care (usually you get professional courtesy)

I kept on telling these jerks that you can see that i was doing the limit at the 25 mph sign, and that it was obvious that i was doing my part to obey the 25 limit. They gave me a ticket any way.

I told them that i was happy to do my part to add to the cities coffers (I WAS NOT HAPPY). Went to my truck and lost it...............punching everything, slammed the door so hard I thought i was gonna blow out the windows................. It was bad, I thought I was getting my temper under control.

Told my dad about it yesterday and he said son what you've witnessed is a speed trap. pay the fine and hopefully they won't put it on the books.

Still pissed......................................

Drivin down 90 I saw someone in that black RC in the driveway.......... So I racked off the pipes for ya.

got to sleep now, wakin up at 0000.
