I installed some new injectors yesterday in my driveway. Took me about 3 hours with my son (12 yrs) to change them out. I went with 46 lbs injectors largest you could go without having to reflash the PCM. Install was pretty straight forward.

1. Disconnect the battery. Its going to reset the PCM and force it relearn all the adaptives all over again. If you don't do this its still going to think that the stock injectors are still in.
2. You need to release the pressure on the lines. I basically unscrewed my fuel pressure gauge that I have installed on the shrader valve on the passenger side fuel rail. Make sure that you have a shop rag with you to catch on gas that might come out.
3. Unscrew the 3 bolts holding down the rail. I did passenger side first.
4. Make sure that you have a shop rag with you, and in an upward motion wiggle the rail and it will pop loose. Some injectors stayed in the intake some came out with the rail. Inspect all of the injector to make sure that they have 2 o-rings (1 on top and 1 on the bottom). If they don't you need to find it. The new injectors will not seat properly. For the injectors that stayed in the intake in an upward motion wiggle them out (not to fast to make sure the o-ring comes out with them.
5. Remove injectors from connector/harness. This was probably the most difficult thing to do. I used a very small flat head screw driver to pry the connectors a little to be able to get them loose.
6. Install new injectors before doing so rub some oil on the o-rings and install them on the rail. Its much easier than placing them on the intake and then trying to install the rail.
7. Once they are in plug-in the injector connector/harness and last tighten them down with the 3 rail bolts.

Note: on the driver side rail the back bolt is a bitch (very tight area), and you must also screw the bracket for the TB cable and cruise control to be able to remove the rail. This is a very job to do just take your time.

I still have to do some tuning on my split second ECU. I figure that I should be able to put down roughly 675-680 hp to the wheels with Meth we'll see. I still have to install my clutch and break it in before I can put her on the dyno.
