I'm Sorry; I would have raised hell with the shipper and had a conversation with Jason about those. You spent around $700 for the set (or more) and I'm sure Jason would want to know if they did not get packed correctly before they left his place or if the shipper just decided to play soccer with the box. Just my .02

Wow..700... I'm pretty sure was in wasn't the shippers fault. Ups sucks balls.. I received so much broken stuff from them in the pass is not even funny.

We pack them in separate boxes, then all the boxes in one large box. I offered to repair them at no charge of course, but he was excited to get them on. The are not $700 BTW, its $500 in that color plus shipping. They are completely disassembled, pistons/seals, etc. all removed, then baked, cleaned, coated, baked, and reassembled.

Ok..I didn't think they were that much...I know u take pride in your work . I ve never had problem with any of your products that I've bought unlike other vendors. Keep up the good work .

Was never meant to lay blame on Jason just that if he did not know thought that he would want to. I stand corrected on the price (good deal) and was sure that he would have stepped up to do a repair. We have had issues with UPS before and have had better luck with FedEx.

Lol maybe he's thinking of me since I have the same exact color and decal combo on my truck.

For clarification, as Justin said, the combo is $500 with a $700 core charge. So yes, you do have to front $1200 but you will get 700 back when he gets your calipers.
