Here's how it worked out ...
First pic ... Where are the screws, Drop Tailgate Screws are inside of tailgate section of bed body.
Second ... You'll need a T25 Torx Screwdriver to get them out. Buy it or Borrow one.
Third ... There is a Red slide on the plug that you have to slide into the open position to unplug the light.
The rest is just reverse the procedure for installation of new light.
