NEW MANUAL TENSIONER

For some of the guys that are tired of the spring oem tensionor we came up with a billet manual tensioner, it will accept the oem pulley or our billet pullies , available first of the year guys

All this new stuff! What is the benefit of this over the OEM style tensioner?

well especially for the blower guys that have a problem of belt slippage and weak auto oem tensioners you can adjust how much tension you need on the belt. but other than the obvious oem tensioner going bad, ours will accept oem pulley or our billet pulleys, this way, it will be the last tensioner you ever purchase

We have been testing in on a roe blower build we been doing, and pretty much putting it thru torture, different belts pullies so forth, so far holding up like a champ, and it makes things so easy,
loosen one bolt, then tighten or loosen belt tension with the other, and only the bearing in the pulley to replace if ever.
we have the papers sent off for it, but will start production here in a week or so, on this and well a lot more. I am guessing we are going to have to also make a few more versions

don't have a firm set price as yet, but we have tortured this one pretty good and so far, its the best addition we have ever used , simple to adjust, and durable, and makes belt tension a thing of the past, just plain proud of this one
