It's only making 7lbs of boost with the 10# pulley:dontknow::confused: for 635rwhp. I think I'm going to get that lower pulley from Tony, and see what she does. Anybody got any ideas on why it's not making more boost???

Willing to bet that you have had some head work done at some point. When someone does even "just port matching, or a quick and dirty intake and exhaust clean up"...it reduces the back pressure which is really the function that produces boost numbers...my builder spent a day or two cleaning up the air flow with a grinder and I can only push about 8 lbs of boost with the 10 lb pulley from Sean.

Less boost due to good air flow is good in my mind...it allows you to do more on the front end of pushing air with less wear and tear...IMO, the under pulley from Stinker will have some pretty dramatic effect...

Nice work!

Could also be your 9.3-1 comp. Actually you can handle more boost with that ratio so 12-14 wouldn't be bad at all for your motor. Like Tn I am hitting at 7psi on the gauge with 5.6lb stock pulley.

might want to double check with david on that bud.. i'm not sure but they mnight has cleaned up some stuff for ya... or it could be because the intercooler.. the air is travling farther..

Thanks for the compliments guys:rock:

Wade, I'll call David tomorrow and see what he says. I'm pretty sure he didn't do anything to the heads... if he did, he didn't tell or charge me:dontknow:

Few more pics...

Steering wheel emblem and line lock switch from Steve. There would be a VTCoA decal on by back glass, but it's in a million pieces:(

Fo shizzel, and a new belt to go with.

Yeah..a belt definitely....I have the belt # you need if you use the Roe std pulley with the 7" crank pulley....if you leave the 10LB pulley on you will need a smaller one...maybe change the idler pulley too....just make sure it is really tight...I had a belt roll right off and shredded to pieces,,
