New Oil Pan and Pick Up system

i'v posted this up in the big thread that really started and no body even noticed it lol i do know that Dan from "Viper Specailtys" has told me he has never put one of these on a truck that was about a month or 2 ago but it it would work on the truck it could help out our oil problem alot!
 
I really don't see why this wouldn't work on our trucks there's really no difference from our enginges and the Vipers. I think this is just as important or maybe even more so than going with the forged bottom. We know these engines have oiling issues. No oil you go BOOM! not matter if you have forged or stock bottom. One would just happen sooner than the other, and right at $1000 I would say a pretty good investment if your spending $15k plus going forged.

An oil dry sump system is 5 dimes, that's nothing to sneeze at.

This is something I will be taking a very long, hard look at, and investigating further.
 
I don't think the pan would fit, it's designed for the Viper car......

I could be wrong though.

how many folks that have lost #3 rod/an engine was still runnin the stock oil cooler lines??????????
i took my about when a line failed & those things are VERY restrictive.
 
hmmm i'm gonna try to call dan an see what he says about it fitting the truck
 
I still don't understand if there is a oil problem why does it only hurt #3 and not #4 or the rest of the rods?
