My dad and I got the built motor from my first 10 pulled and put in the new 10. It was a pretty straight forward process just like I was told. She fired right up and sounded great. We pulled both engines and installed the new one in about 16 hrs. Oh, and while we were getting everything out of the wrecked truck, we got to looking at the damage and from what we could tell, the frame and motor/tranny mounts weren't bent at all. They looked fine which really made us wonder if the guy at the body shop was hoping he'd just buy it back from the insurance company and get a cheap SRT
. Could just be a conspiracy theory though. Next project is taking it to a frame shop and letting them check it out.
