I recently got a 06 QC that's pretty stock minus the k&n coi. Perfect truck except the stock radio which is going this week, putting in a AVH-4000NEX and a foxbox loaded with JL W3's.

Then theres the non working fog lights. Truck has HID's so I'm wondering if the TIPM didn't like that.

Glad to be a part of the club, I've wanted one since they came out.

I've been running HID's in my fogs, never had to replace the TIPM, and never had any issues... :dontknow:
but then again, im still a newbie at this

Welcome to the club. Post up pics... What color did you get? Are your only plans stereo right now?

New to using the forum but I added pics to the garage. Inferno red is what I got. Starting with the stereo because the stock REC radio is not quite cutting it. Doors already have 6.5 type r,s with tweets in the dash and the rear has 5.25 type r's with the tweets mounted up near the rear seat belts. Truck has 6yrs and 60k warranty left so I'm not sure about how much I want to tweak with the drive train yet.

It has hi/lo headlight HID's. When I toggle the fog lights the dash indicates they are on but no illumination up front. Checked the voltage and its a constant 10 vdc with the fog lights off or on is why I am thinking TIPM. Ideas??

My truck came out of Rainier Dodge in Olympia and I make deliveries twice a week at JBLM..so maybe indeed..might be time to start a Pacific NW SRT-10 club...I'm hip for one.

Sky there's one other guy I work with who has a RC but he's deployed. I'll hit him up when I get back. Locally we have a few truck clubs and even a srt10 imitator.
