finally got enough break in miles on the spec stage 3 that i put in, been a long time(like since 09ish) since i've been able to run the truck this hard because of the slave cylinder going bad. my first pass was right from the highway to the starting line with no cool down, ran a 12.49@113mph

next pass was a 12.16@115, new personal best at the time 1.74 60'

last and best pass i made of the night was a [email protected], with a 1.80 60' spinning off the line. track closed before i got a chance to make another pass, wanted to drop the air pressure in the tires again and try the 4000rpm launch. oh well i cant reall complain about the 12.08 for a few bolt-ons:rock:

Congrats bro! Wish I coulda gone out there. Very impressive runs!:burnout:
And death to a 14.5 second Lightning!!!:chain:

Fantastic run, and the truck looks great doing it!

Great runs! I really want to get a skinny/slick setup seeing numbers like that.

Congrats. I only watched the 12.08 run and noticed something in the vid that you may want to change on your next outing.

Ive always heard that doing a dry hop after your burnout takes heat out of your tires. Next time try doing your burn out and rolling out of it. Skip the dry hop and see if it helps your 60'.

Thanks yall, truck has some weight reduction under the bumper cover but other than that just the slicks and skinnys(front wheels save almost exactly 100lbs)

Chris ill try that next time, gonna wait for the weather to get cooler at the end of the year. I'm guessing the slicks also need some sort of break in? That was the 3rd pass on them and they don't seem to pick up all the trash and gravel off the road like my other sets have.

14.5 was his first and best pass, then he started hot lapping it and ended up at about 14.8 after it got heat soaked.

I'm tempted to yank the seats and tailgate next time, trainman told me that wad another 100#, but I like just dropping the spare and putting on tires.

Sweet times!!!!!!!!

what is all done do your truck mod wise i cant remember...and im to fat and lazy to go back and look...hahaha

Nice runs. Went 12.13 @ 115 in my 6 speed L a few days ago. Looks like you are driving better than me. Looking forward to more videos from you!

Great runs. I figured your RPM in the lights with the 28" tall slicks and 4.10 gears and you were at about 5710 rpm, so you have plenty of room before the rev limiter. If you go to 4.56 gears then you will need a taller tire.Good Job!
