New PB

Great runs. I figured your RPM in the lights with the 28" tall slicks and 4.10 gears and you were at about 5710 rpm, so you have plenty of room before the rev limiter. If you go to 4.56 gears then you will need a taller tire.Good Job!

Just need a little more power to reach the redline:D

Nice runs. Went 12.13 @ 115 in my 6 speed L a few days ago. Looks like you are driving better than me. Looking forward to more videos from you!

Nice, I'll prob hold off on the track for the rest of the summer, what was your 60' and what rear tires are you running

28" full hoosier slicks. 1.839 60'

I'm going back as soon as i am able. Trying for saturday. I know my 1/4 will suffer but i need to nail this 60' down. 1.8 is not acceptable for me. I want 1.5x or less or else.

It's nice to see all motor running 115mph. My trucks built, heads, cams whipple lol. Damn heat kills these trucks.

I have more in it but i want to get my 60' down. It was my first time with the set up. Lots more to learn.

28x14.5x16 quick time pros? That's the same tire I'm running I'd be happy with 1.6x 60's. I'm going to go over the truck make sure everything is like it should be. Got about another 100lbs I can take out of the rear. What tire pressure were you running

I went to 17psi after my first run.

I personally would use my set up for recommendations. I'm learning as I go. I was told slicks aren't the best since the sidewall isn't as stiff as a nice drag radial. But time will tell.

As for the tire size, it says 28.0/10.0/16. Hope that helps.

Would be interesting to see how much it'd slow you down, maybe .15-.2?

Probably more....doors (180lbs), tailgate (60 lbs), seats, armrest, subwoofer, package tray (130 lbs)....equals 370 lbs, by rule 100lbs = .1 so maybe .3 to .37 difference. My best 11.66 plus .3 = 11.96.......might be a challenge, but like you are guessing maybe .2 so I could hope for an 11.86 at best.

I'm impressed with the times you got, and the fact you ran them in Texas... can't imagine the density altitude being that good this past weekend. It was downright hot up here where I am. But low-12s @ 115mph with your mods is outstanding.

Nice job. Nice seeing someone else running similar times.

Da started out at 2300 and was at 1950 for the 12.08 pass.

Noid what was your trap speed again?

Knock it off....I guess I may have to make a few runs with my stock doors and seats.
Id like to see you run it how you drive it on the road. Just do a wheel/tire swap so you hook.

ARRESTmeRed04, you were power shifting every run? I need to start doing that at the track. Last time i went 12.3 @ 111 powershifting. Damn 2-3 haunts me :(

No powershifting, don't feel comfortable with the new clutch setup yet, its a totally different feel than it used to have

Noid and ArrestmeRed... have you guys dyno tuned your combinations? If so, what kind of power are you guys putting down?

Great times at the track for the mods listed!! Wow!

Another prime example of mild trucks putting their power down unlike the big HP dyno queens.
