New Problem

The QC is 19' long, that's probably what you have. Mine is 21' and you can see the clearance in the back.

lol, its not probably what I have, its what I have. Are you saying your truck is 21 feet or your garage?

Sounds like an idler to me... check the water pump and p/s pump too they have the same symptoms too

A vacuum leak will make the same noise and cause the idle issue. Check your map sensor.

Man it could be so many things, Ill just wait for it to break or throw a code. If it was a faulty sensor, especially the MAP sensor, it would throw a CEL right? Im gonna pop the hood in the morning and cold start, with a video, with the cutouts open so you can really hear the idle.

Throw some revs in there too for shits and giggles.

Nevermind fkin kids n fireworks. But anyway we get those here too, when that cold air comes in off the coast we get some insane weather. All 4 seasons in one day

well maybe that explains the noise. Oh well Im really not that worried about it. Im kindve past the days where I freak out when something breaks. Im just like "oh cool, weekend project"

Well yesterday morning was fun, started it and like always it did the lopey cam idle thing. Then when I put it in reverse, I had almost zero power, then I turned the steering wheel and SCRREEEEECCCHHH and then all the sudden everything was fine lol. Drove fine for the rest of the day. So Im just guessing that I have an almost seized bearing in my PS pump. I cant wait till Im going somewhere important, running late, and it explodes

Every once in awhile my truck does the whole loping cam idle and wont take throttle, I usually just turn it off and back on and it runs fine for another 50 start ups lol. I have not heard any screeching noises tho.

My map sensor wires are worn through a little bit by the connection. I know that wouldnt cause your noise but check yours to see if they are worn too? :dontknow:
