New Quad Cab 2005

Since the engine is that dirty, you probably need to change ALL the fluids. No telling when the last time was that the guy had the hood up. That care of your 10 & it will take care of you. Congrats on your new purchase & welcome to the forum from Phoenix, Arizona.

I'm down I Lakewood quite often to use the indoor shooting ranges. Come spring we gotta meet up with these guys

Okay, so i have been looking around. I think this is my plan here:
New App Radio 3 in dash - can hook up to my iphone 5- bluetooth, pandora, etc
(2) JL Audio 10W 3v3-4 Subs- reviews are excellent my buddy has them also
Trying to figure out what box I should get to install under the seats and a good amp that will make these subs pound. May also be replacing the speakers in the door as well since I'm doing all of this. Let me know what you think.

Thanks Steve

Bear in mind that the front door speakers are only midbass drivers, they don't receive a full range signal. You can either replace the OEM amp for the 7 separates or you may be able to get the MOPAR/Kicker upgraded amp, I have it and can verify that it passes a full range signal to the front door speakers. Your head unit is incredible, great choice!

Thank you ViperDad!
Yeah i am debating whether to replace the door speakers. Is it really worth it to do that? I think the sound will be nice with JL subs and leaning toward a JL Audio amp as well.

Replace the front door speakers and the 2 in the dash...you'll love the full sound. I didn't bother with the center channel speaker or the rear doors and it still sounds great.

Replacing the door speakers will only help a little... you must replace the 7 channel amp in order for them to receive other than just the midbass frequencies. And some guys have disconnected their center channel completely to increase the front stage.
