New shoes and old foes. (pics)

Glad ur bud walked out.. freaked me out when i seen child seat. Like the spiderman quote says with great power, comes great responsibility haha and yes i just quoted a superhero movie :D

Who said anything about doing burnouts? These trucks spin tires on wet or drive pavement without much effort many times. He probably was inexperienced and thought the tires would eventually grip and obviously they didn't.

LOL yes i lose traction for over 100 feet all the time when not gettin on the gas hard, these stock trucks are just so powerfull you know its like driving a turbo busa on ice all the time.. man stock srt10s are fast yo... LOL..
he was clearly messing around, no one spins the tires for 150feet + when they are not trying to...

I just drove the prochraged truck to portland 6hours in poring rain, did not lose traction once due to rear tire spin.

This dude lost his truck, broke his back and ribs, and you write this shit?? Not cool man, not cool.

there is nothing not cool about it,, not mentioning his health or anything mentioning the look of the truck,

hes lucky he did not die, but he learned a lesson , and hes damm lucky there was no kid in that seat or did not kill the kid.. sounds like hes a squid in this truck , and this is what squids do..

My front lip has been cracked for about 4 months now. Fck it, if I fix it my wife will just run up on another curb and break it again. I like seeing flaws in peoples rides, means they actually drive it.

Or it means they just dont know how to drive ... one or the other lol

I'm not sure what this means? :dontknow:

squid is a typically used in the two wheel world, but i thought it fit here,

A young motorcyclist who overestimates his abilities, boasts of his riding skills when in reality he has none.

Youre trying to justify your little joke you made about a guy who wrecked his 10 and got all jacked up. Doesnt matter how it happened, or how new he is at driving…what matters is it happened, and you thought it would be a great chance to make a lame ass joke about it. If you dont see what Im trying to say here, then its best we just drop it.

Interesting. I fit most of that description:
-"A young driver"- check

-"overestimates his abilities"- yep, been there, done that

-"boasts of his riding skills"- that one, not so much. I'm unashamedly open about what I can and cant do.

-"has no driving abilities"- applicable

That's 3 out of 4. Am I a squid?

The rock chips and front lip crease drive me nuts. Seems like every time I go somewhere there are more.....and my rims are Rejex'd :D

How well does that stuff really work? They claim it will keep everything nice and shiny for months. Cant be that good..:dontknow:

Nah, just a baby octopus.

I used it over a year ago. Truck sat outside in driveway for the last few months. Was still slick when I re-did the truck. Helped with brake dust on the rims too.

I don't care if the guy was screwin around or not. It is inevitable that if you play eventually it will catch you. I am however glad the owner was ALONE and is out of hospital other than in a wooden box. Im sure he has learned a huge lesson. And if he's sittin at home readin this thread he prolly wants to kick a few asses..
