I decided to try out a upgraded sub box in place of the OEM unit. I had allready replaced the sub, it sounded good.. but not great.

So I decided to test one of the Q-Logic Pro-Forms.

http://www.qlogic.ws/products/q_customs_detail.jsp?classID=58&categoryID=269&groupID=7284

They offer a passenger and driver side version.

I loaded my existing Alpine Type R10 in it.. took about 30 minutes to complete the job.

HUGE DIFFERENCE!!! the Bass is now much tighter, and deeper, it was the best spent money ever on sound upgrades, I highly reccomend it.

BTW- Qlogic is owned/operated by Rockford Fosgate.

Looks like it fits very nice. How much and what dealer?

Loaded version??? What's the difference?

Loaded means it ships with a subwoofer already installed... (probably a Rockturd. :) ;) )

I had a q-logic box in the Lightning. I was very impressed with the box.

Thanks. I must be getting old. I don't understand the lingo anymore.:dontknow:

Is that for QC only, right?

Yes, unfortunatley they do not make a "custom" enclosure for the SC's. You would need to go with a universal truck box, or have one built to fit.

You might check with Pro Box Rocks.

Well.. it depends on what "Rockturd" you get, their Power Series subs a really nice.. big.. but nice.

You must have one of those extended RC as I have to have my seat all the way back and then leaning back so that the seat nearly rests on the window just to fit comfortably. No way could your setup work for me. Looks good though!

Venom, That looks great!! I love the custom stuff, You/They did a fantastic job!!! I'm going to wrap mine in some leather w/yellow stitching to match the seats. Whenever I get some time, which may be never, but I'm thinking about it.

After a long search one night, I ran across this enclosure for us RC's. THe first one seems pretty cool http://www.soundoffaudio.com/item.cfm/id/849

But the second on can be custom cut to fit the square solo's. The mounting depth of the 10 solo's is just right for the box. http://musicmooseaudio.com/dodge_regular_cab.html

I have an upgraded system already and blew a center mounted 10" sub. I lost the use of my center arm rest folding up and back though so when the sub blew I looked for a replacement. I like these boxes. I'm gonna order one soon and will post its fitment on the forum.
