Dave already started,I have the donor car parts all preped and ready to go.Spent well over a week just polishing all the alum suspension parts. This thing is much diferrent than the srt, doesnt even have a trunk.Made for one thing only run with any car on the planet

Not real cheap 45-60 k depending on how carried away you get, engines paint etc, etc.I have a partner he will pay for about 75% of the goodies and I will handle the build.

How much for a car like that? Seems like a cool car to have!

Pretty pricey I bet since your using a newer model Corvette. It how the vette should have come from the factory.

I thought about doing the same as you prior to buying the Viper. Great choice!

Its really about the build as much as the car,My buisness gets a little slow in the winter and I have to have something to do or I go nuts I have built 2 airplanes called RV,s and one factory five cobra.I have found that if you pic the right kits you will never loose money although you wont get a lot for your labor.

I want to build one also, but don't have the time. I was also worried about resale value if I ever decided to sell. Thanks for that tidbit!

My GF's brother is currently building a Factory Five Cobra. That kit your getting looks fantastic and mid-engine too! Good luck.;)
