Took measurements. Cut a peice of cardboard. Made a template out of that and marked the spots behind the grill. Then traced it onto some pieces of plexiglass. Marked the spots made them the size of the grill.

if you are really careful you can heat up the plexi and bend it just a tad to fit some better, but takes alot of time and patience, something I jsut dont have

you may be right but your engine wont be affected if you dont hot lap

i normaly let me truck sit for an hour or 2 before i try to take it down the track this could be helpful in MPH on the big end forsure but i highly doubt the heat will effect it this much if your intake is set up correctly!

i know a way that cost a bit at start but it will heat up plexiglass real nice ,,,its also better to go with polycarbonate super tough as were plexiglass will shatter if hit with a rock or road crap flying up

saw a gain of 2-3 mph on the top end

track prep sucked my 60 foot time are usually 1.72-175 today i was spinning couldnt hook 1.78-1.91 with a best of a 1.74 on one run

ran a new best of 13.11 at 102 in 2600 da hot lapping.....beat a mustang cobra
