They do nice repairs on Rachel's gold, so....we go there for that.
I haven't bought JACK from them.

why..??..because you saw it in Walmart for half the price..damn jake, you are a watch snob..LOLOL...Ive had all your favorites on my wrist before bud, all the way up to your rolex...dont get it.. screams status but thats about it..I appreciate a watch for its complications, weight, design and quality...tag, invicta..etc are canned designs with small changes throughout the spectrum of their history...look at citizen again, this time really look at them versus your Tag or Invicta. I dare you to tell me the quality is not the same or better..dont let the price tag motivate your decision.:D If your an Invicta fan, this same skyhawk or any of the ProMaster series has to get you thinking...my opinion.:dontknow:
 
Timex Ironman. I have lots of watches...for different situations...the Timex Ironman gets 95% of the use. I too wear a watch non-stop...part of being oppressive/compulsive...buy a new one every year or two...I love it. Have to admit, that I keep a spare in the dresser. I bought two a few years back...now I buy a new one, put it in the drawer and take the year old one out, throw the one on my wrist away, put on the the year old one...

Its kind of like having firewood. If there isn't a significant pile, I am not comfortable...was the same in Florida! People thought I was crazy to chop wood in the summer in Florida, but we have to do what we have to do to be comfortable (inside our heads).

G-Shocks are great watches.... Durable as all get out! :rock: ..... But, if I understand Kevan correctly... they (Casio) have outgrown him. :eek: LOL! (They are too big for his liking.... ) :eek:

I have to admit... Watch case sizes have got outta hand the last few years... I have a Renato B.E.A.S.T. that is 55mm in diameter and weighs over 1 pound (475grams). :eek: It literally HURTS to wear it all day. :eek: But, DAMN, it's cool. :D :p

I like a big watch...it just screams "HEAR ME ROAR"...or mostly its just easier to read the damn face.:D

Yeah....the G-Shocks went from "pretty big" to "f-ing silly huge" in only a couple of years.

Why is watch thread 3 fkn pages long?! I should go back and read all the posts eh?

I wish I could wear a watch, but I hate the way it feels on my wrist. I've seen some great looking watches here lately that I would love to have. :eek: :)
