Where did you get the wipers ? Local autoparts store ?

That does look good! I was thinking about deleting mine since I never use em. But those look great. Especially for emergencies.

If you do take them off and want a little insurance. Put Rain-X on the windshield. I had a POS rustang, I had to manually plug the wiper motor in to turn them on and unplug it to turn off. So instead of pulling over everytime it rained I put the rain X on and it works really good. Even better at highway speeds.

They *look* great, but how well do they *work*?
:D

Good question? I don't drive the truck when it rains so I will never be able to tell you?? The stockers lasted 2 years and I may have used the 5 times!!

For me, it's just how they look!

I would agree with that. I rain-x everything and drive as fast as possible when it rains:)

Those blades look a lot like the new rain-x latitude wipers, which I love.

marc, pull that piece of "felt" off thats below the wiper blades in the engine compartment throw it out and armour all the plastic....details,details LOL

Interesting blades Marc, the truck looks awesome:rock: How you liking the blower...fun ain't it :driver: You stop stabbing the gas pedal yet?
Pretty greasy if your tires are like mine (I am still on the OEM Pirelli's):burnout: :burnout: :burnout: and you flat pedal it....not that any radial holds it.;) I was getting pretty used to rolling into the throttle, but if I was too quick with it, (even if I was half way through the rpm band, and on a roll) the tires would still break loose... :dontknow:  That's where road quality, temp, ect. ect. come into play. Too inconsistent, so that's why I keep the fun at the track. Power comes in so smooth though:rock:
My back tires are tired with 12k on them. Summer is here so the 10 will not get out much (too friggin hot) so the stockers only have to hold the truck up till November when I start cutting light's again....sigh.:( ;)

Thanks for the pic's:rock:

Here you go, as mentioned...looks great off. I looked up the part number... it's listed as a "packing material" :dontknow:
Have had mine off for quite some time now. I just cut it off with some trauma shears, and flushed up the plastic retainers that are in place to hold it on.;) There are no holes through it, and it is a solid piece of molded plastic, so nothing looks bad under it.
