hell i did not know they even still made the Vmax. great bike.
rode a first year one, 145 h.p. i think, a blast & a nice cruiser.:burnout: :rock:

NO, all the V-Max's were 145. Only this new one is close to 200.

Yes, by new one, I ment the new totally redesigned one the 2009. They may already be sold out. So if you want one get to your dealer quickly.

The Roadstar series is a highway machine not a superbike.

The Busas, GSXRs, Zx14s etc are made for one thing: Lay down, go like hell and keep her upright.... (Oh...and embarrass Porsche Turbo owners on the frwy)

This is an apples to oranges comparison........

The Roadstar VMax is nothing but a (wake up) kick to the seat of the marketplace.

But that riding position is not one that I'd like to be in for more than a coupl'a hours.

Maybe they should call it a "super highway dominator"
