Newb-- What does your oil pressure gauge read?

Ok my gauge is reading on the right side of 50 (first mark) is this normal?

Yep. Mine reads on the low side of 75 when running down the road. :D

Depends on the oil temp and are you talking about idle or at speed? When it is cold your oil pressure will be higher. Mine is over 50 at idle when it's cold. Then it drops as the oil heats up. Welcome!!

At Curb Idle Speed* (Minimum with engine at operating temperature):

68.9 kPa
10 psi
At 3000 RPM
310-517 kPa
45-75 psi

Thanks for the welcome. Just bought this truck a few weeks ago and just trying to get familiar with her, wanted to make sure the oil pressure is normal.
