Nick was wrong, boozn and street racing, really bad decision. The other guy didnt wear his seatbelt.......really dumb. Nick wrecks and here we are. Nick is very lucky here IMO........8 months county jail............I hope the other kids family sues for the medical bills etc...

You know whats funny. A member here was acting a fool wrecked his truck killed himself and almost killed his passenger............... NOBODY SAID ANYTHING ABOUT HOW HORRIBLE HE WAS for hurting his friend. It's only because he is Hogans kid that it's so blown up. He got what he deserved, hope his buddy pulls through so they can go cruise again.

Now that in itself is not funny at all but here is the deal. I willing to bet that both passengers in both of these accidents were happy as hell to be there up until the shit hit the fan....................... It is unfortunate but this could have just as easily happened at any speed at any time..........
