If it was a Camaro at least it would have been cheap to fix. Lol
Changed out the R. P. In my T-56 to Valvoline SynPower 75W90. All I can say is it shifts way smoother now.
Had a 1985 Trans Am WS6 5-speed back in '85 with a H. O. 5.0L. That thing was a PIG! Could not even beat a stock Dodge Daytona 2.2L 4-cyl Turbo. The only plus was chicks loved it.

only problem i ever had shifting was with my right arm and left leg. Go figure.
