Me to PoPs, I live in a freaking 120 degree desert and the last thing I need is a solor heat collector for a car. Just park your black car in my driveway all summer and watch the plastic parts melt, no shit

I really prefer white:rock: , just changing from blue to white(on an old cheby) lowered my interior temp by 20 degrees and stopped the sun/heat rot of the upholstery. :congrats:

They are just going to enforce the Motor Vehicle code ( you know the part that says ya can't change anything from the way it was delivered from the maker) so if it came in black ya get to keep it black, change it and they will make money off of the tickets.:argh: Now to ticket all those modified vehicles with the wrong tire size ( unsafe) and lifted trucks, low riders, hydraulic jumpers and the like.
I just wish they would enforce a Db limit on them damn thumping stereos

1. Black retains heat and does not reflect it like light cars do adding to reflective heat and perceived global warming.
