Well I have decided to remove my daytona wing for good, I'll keep it around for it's race history (unless I get an offer on it) but it's just not my taste. I'm looking forward to a wingless trip to PCB soon

I'm just not a fan of the 3 support wing, i think I'm gonna try to find a nice custom wing like the duck bill style (similar to a Joe Gibbs chevy wing) but not the same, I like the more profile look of itTNVIPER said:

I know I think Moparracing, when he raced with the exotics, I think he was telling me at 110 or 120 thewing did more harm then good. Plus when I bought my truck,all of a sudden the day before I picked it up someone stole it(the wing):dontknow: yeah right it is on some hemi now but I got a soft cover for it

I like the 04 wings alot, just don't have the cash for one. I know Mark told ne the daytona wing doesn't provide downforce, just much needed side stability over 130mph, especially around 150mph, and he would know, he did alot of work and research on areo dynamic on this truck, I think he even had it aero tested, or was going to.

I thought the wing was "different" but not bad enough to remove it. I would have left it on.
