North Georgia GTG

Yea commerce is north of road atlanta about 50 miles or so. Commerce has a nice dragstrip up there, i have allways been into circle track racing(on dirt) but have seriously been thinking about getting into straight line racing, it would surely fit my work schedule better!

A good place to meet might be Year One, the muscle car parts distributor of "Rides" and "The Hot Rod Power Tour" fame. They are located between Road Atlanta and the Commerce dragstrip. They have a large parking lot and might give a tour of their facility showing some of their latest projects. I went on the Power Tour from Nashville to Dallas a few years ago and they are great people to deal with.

Well does the 9th or 16th of december work for everyone, lets get a few dates and toss them around, meeting at Summit Racing doesn't sound like a bad idea.

Id be in depending on the date. I personally (as of today) would be in for the 9th. My birthday is the 14th, my Christmas party for work is the 15th and the 16th I plan on recooperating from the previous 2 days. Ill stay tuned as to what day is actually picked. If I cant make it on the selected date, maybe a spring GTG for the entire SE at Deals Gap/ Tail of the Dragon.
