Generally white smoke would be coolant...oil burning tends to have a blue color to the smoke...any oil in coolant or milky oil?....i might ck the plugs after checking the obvious...

How cool are your mornings?? Generally a puff of white smoke on start up when the temperature is cooler could just be condensation. Run it for a while and check the coolant level to see if it is dropping. 30K is a little early for any internal engine problems, the new Hemi is a pretty reliable engine, however stranger things have happened.
