Not sure what's going on, looking for some pro insight. For about 30K (Ever Since I got the truck) when I go in neutral it's hard to go east and west, the only way to go easy is 3rd or 4th. I have to shake it a lot for it to allow me to go in any other gears, and recently it's hard to get it in reverse. I hope it's a easy fix. Any help would be a lot of help for me. Thanks in advance.

first thing change the fluid in the clutch
second change the fluid in the tranny to atf
third, loosen the bolts on the shifter jsut enough to move the shifter a bit
run thru the gears center it up retighten

try these three things first, then we go from there

Nooo buddy . I drive heavy equipment at work a lots ... Sometimes I get lazy and don't feel like a going up and down they gears . And my 2nd srt ( winter biter ) is 6 speed .
